Now, Audi India has opened the bookings of its electric SUV e-tron and e-tron Sportback. Both the four-wheelers can be booked for a token amount of Rs 5 lakh through Audi dealerships in India or from the official website of Audi India Both these vehicles are slated to make their Indian debut on July 22, 2021. In the Indian market, Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback will get a single drivetrain option.

Both four-wheelers will come with a dual-motor setup that will generate 300kw/408 hp with a 95kWh battery. The EVs can sprint from 0 to 100kmph in 5.7 seconds. Both the EVs can be reportedly charged in three ways.

The first method is using an 11 kWh hour AC charger which will take her 8.5 hours, the second a 22kWh fast charger that takes four-and-a-half hours and the third a 150kWh AC fast charger which will do an 80 per cent recharge in half-an-hour.

Additionally, Audi India is said to have also mentioned that both vehicles will get progressive steering, adaptive air suspension and an electric all-wheel-drive system for best traction, handling and driving comfort across any drive situation. Expect to see matrix LED headlamps, a digital instrument cluster, 10-inch infotainment screen and a panoramic sunroof on both the EVs.
